Pam is a passionate wine professional and self-proclaimed wine geek. Her journey began early, growing up in a family where wine was a staple at weekend meals. In 2015, she turned her passion into a career, studying Enology & Viticulture in Canada. This path gave her insight into the wine industry’s many facets and hands-on experience during the 2016 harvest in Mosel and Priorat.

She earned the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Distinction in 2018, achieving the highest score of the year at IWEG. Recently, Pam became one of the few Mexicans to complete the prestigious WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, solidifying her place in the wine world.

She is also the creator of Pam&Vino, a platform dedicated to sharing her love for wine through articles, guides, and courses. Her work aims to make wine approachable and foster a greater wine culture in Spanish.
