Kirk's journey in the world of retail and Beverage Alcohol spans over three decades. He boasts 31 years of dedicated service with Costco Wholesale, where he retired in 2022. During his tenure as the Midwest Regional Buyer, Kirk played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Beverage Alcohol and Wine programs, taking it from 30 clubs to 100+ Costco locations across 13 states in the greater Midwest.

The mastermind behind the "infamous" Costco Wine Advent Calendar, Kirk's created an indelible mark in the wine industry. This innovative project achieved unprecedented success, with sales surpassing 300,000 cases at its peak. The advent calendar became a cultural phenomenon, both nationally and internationally. The project showcased Kirk's ability to blend market trends with a keen understanding of consumer preferences.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kirk is happily married to his handsome partner of 13 years and a proud "dog dad" to two young pups. A feisty Shih Tzu and a tres French, French Bulldog. He also enjoys cooking and maintaining an active lifestyle through yoga and functional strength training.
