DLynn Proctor, with more than 25 years in the wine world, has become a vintner, merchant, celebrated sommelier, media & film personality, and global ambassador of gastronomy.

DLynn’s journey is woven into the DNA of his portfolio of ventures. Trained alongside top winemakers in Australia, California and Italy, he carries an expertise that has earned him honors such as Best Sommelier in America (Wine & Spirits Magazine - 08’), Wine Business Industry Leader (Wine Business – 20’), and Wine Enthusiast’s 40 Under 40 Tastemaker (Wine Enthusiast Magazine – 14’).

Beyond the vineyards, DLynn has introduced audiences worldwide to the beauty of wine through the acclaimed SOMM films, Kevin Hart’s Hart to Heart (Peacock TV), and the Netflix Original Uncorked, where he also served as Associate Producer. His co-founding of the non-profit Wine Unify, and partnering in Gabriel-Glas North America reflect the same values his Napa Valley and Alba, Italy ventures Pensman ESTATE and Pensman ITALICO hold dear: authenticity, inclusivity, and connection.

DLynn’s life is more than wine growing. He translates complexity into accessibility, crafting experiences that resonate with seasoned collectors and casual enthusiasts alike. With his nose for epicurean dining and fine wine-and his passion for storytelling, his global experiences are adventures, guided by one of the industry’s most dynamic voices.
